STRENGTH

Front Squat
4 x 5 @ 70%

Partner WOD
10 Rounds alternating full rounds with partner
10 Shoulder to Overhead 135/95#
12 T2B
*After rounds 2/4/6/8/10 are completed, both partners must run 200M.
Example: I go, You go, WE RUN. You cannot start until both partners have finished the run.
