Every 3 min. x 10 Rounds:
10 -12 Toes-To-Bar
50 Double Unders
Deadlift (Climbing)

*Rounds 1,2,3 = 5 reps
*Rounds 4,5,6 = 3 Reps
*Rounds 7,8,9,10 = 1 reps

*PLEASE keep solid form and do not go up in weight if a coach tells you that you are loosing good form. BIG breathe and HOLD throughout the entire lift to help keep your back flat and core tight!
*Scale the TTB and Dubs if you need more rest.
