*Warm up on your own, class will start on time we will need to cover all of this.

THERE WILL BE NO FORMAL CLASS TIMES THIS SATURDAY.

OPEN GYM TIMES WILL BE FROM 9am-12pm.

I WILL POST A WOD ON THE WHITEBOARD THAT YOU CAN COME IN AND DO!!
