When we are trying to get full range of motion in an overhead movement remember to push your body and head through at the top of the movement. This will help prevent us from pushing out and away from our bodies. We want straight line barbell movement.

I do 10 FS & 10 T2B then my partner does 10 FS & 10 T2B.

Athletes we will NOT have a 4:30 pm or 5:30 pm class this Friday the 31st, if you can make your way down to OKC and cheer on the the CFV Athletes competing in Fittest in OK. We will post a WOD that can be done on your own. Also, remember there will only be one Saturday class @ 10:00 am on the 1st.
