Every 4 Min. x 5 Rounds:
15/12 Cal Assault Bike
1 Round of ascending “DT”

*Start at 135/95 and add each round
*Score is the highest weight you complete in the 4min. CAP
*DT is 12 deadlifts + 9 Hang Power Cleans + 6 Jerks
*Scale weight from the start so you can increase each round!
*Partner up on bikes……If needed we will alternate rounds between bikes and ergs.
CORE
3 Rounds:
1 Min. of Push-ups
Immediately into;
1 Min. of dubs
Rest 1min.
