Three Position Snatch (Squat)
Spend 20 Min working up to something heavy…..
Take a 2 second PAUSE at each position and FOCUS on the positioning.
Position 1 – Mid Thigh
Position 2 – Just below the knee
Position 3 – Ground
**If still learning/working on technique keep weights light and focus on body position and use a power snatch.
