500 M Row (90% Effort!!!)
Try and get on the row so it doesn’t feel like a looooooong rest. Think first row 60-70% and build from there. Don’t start super light either 😉

If you go over on time finish up just be courteous of the other classes.

1.) kipping one of them or both of them. Jumping/ Neg. Pull Ups Modified HSPU
2.) 10 rounds of 3 and 3 or a doable #
3.) Advanced option. HSPU deficit.
