Both Partners must first complete the row before beginning their work. Then its a you go I go leap frog. Example P1 does 25 Box Jumps, P2 does 25 KB swings, P1 does 25 HR Push Ups, P2 25 Push Press, P1 25 Burpees. Then P2 does 25 Burpees, P1 does 25 Push Press, P2 does 25 HR Push Ups, P1 25 KB Swings, P2 25 Box Jumps. Don’t worry if you read this and it doesn’t make sense we will go over at the box.
