Overhead Squat Technique

STRENGTH
Overhead Squat
Every :90 for 10 Rounds
3 Overhead Squats @ 65-75%
Do a warm up set of 2-3 to establish weight if no 1 RM
(15 Min)


WOD

w/ a Friend
400 M Sled Drag 135/105#
50 Burpees to a plate
400 M Sled Drag 90/70#
50 Burpees to a plate
*Must use a plate form your sled
*Both people pull sled/only one working during burpees
