CFV, we will have an adjusted schedule for this Friday the 5th. There will be no 4:30pm or 5:30pm classes. Your coaches and fellow athletes will be competing in The Bricktown Throw down this weekend.

The Box will be open Saturday the 6th, we will have a WOD posted but it will be open gym. There will be no formal class. We thank you for understanding and hope you can make it to the city to watch and cheer us on!!
