Every Minute on the Minute athlete must get of Erg and complete X amount of Burpees that correspond with the minute they are on.

GO ALL OUT!!!

Example
1st Minute = 1 Burpee
2nd Minute = 2 Burpees
3rd Minute = 3 Burpees
Etc….

**If you don’t finish the burpees in the allotted time you are finished
