Each class is an hour long. Beginning with a warm up, strength training, followed by the W.O.D. “Workout Of the Day” that combines basic bodyweight exercises, running, rowing, gymnastics, kettlebells and Olympic Weightlifting.
CrossFit classes are fun, challenging and designed to elicit a dramatic increase in your fitness level. Classes are structured to train in small group settings. This develops motivation, camaraderie and also adds a little friendly competition.
CrossFit Vital is designed for beginners to advanced, the workouts are scaled to your fitness level.
