3 Min – 10 – 10 M Shuttle Sprints
*Each person starts at a station……. When your teammate finishes the 14 Shuttle Sprints everyone will switch stations. Continue rotating for the entire 12 Min. You should be spent by the end of this.

Score = Total # of Power Cleans + T2B
