In teams of two, one athlete begins run while other performs AMRAP of 6,8,12. Your partner will pick up where you left off in the AMRAP. Example A runs B performs AMRAP. B does 1 full round and gets to 4 ball slams when A finishes run. A starts with 4 ball slams and B runs.

Score will be total rounds completed.
