* One athlete completes the movement while the other performs a KB hold 35/55#. Each partner must complete the AMRAP and hold before moving to the next movement. If KB drops, the movement must stop until picked back up.

**Example Partner A holds KB Partner B 2 min AMRAP row for calories. Then partner B holds KB partner A 2 min AMRAP row for calories. 1 Min rest and switch to next movement.
