*Build a bar Deadlift, each athlete must carry 1 plate to the 200 M mark then both athletes must carry the bar to the 200 M Mark. Bar must be assembled and then deadlifts can be performed. Bar and plates must be returned after each round.

**On partner working at a time, rest as needed.
