*Score will be total #of rounds 1 Round = 4 tire flips, 6 Burpees, 12 Lunges 14 Dubz.
*One partner runs while  the other works, when your partner finishes the run you will switch. You will pick up where your partner left off on the work.

Example: P1 Runs 200 M, P2 does 4 Tire flips 4 Burpees in the time it took P1 to run. You switch P1 starts on burpees while P2 runs.
