With a partner

50 Sit Ups
40 Weighted Step Ups 20/40# (Each Hand)
30 Slam Balls 20/40#
20 Box Jump overs 24/30″
50 Burpees

*Partner A starts with the row, as soon as they are done partner B begins sit ups, when they are done Partner A does step ups……and so on. Both partners do the 50 burpees before moving back up the ladder.

* Partner B will do all movements partner A did and vice versa on the way back up.
