Box Jump 24/20″/ Plate Over Head
KB Swing 55/35 / Plank
Burpees / Hollow Hold
Hand Release Push Up / Farmers Carry Hold
*Each team must complete 120 reps of each skill before moving to the next station.
*You as a team choose who works on reps, holds, and rest as well as how often to switch.
**If the person holding stops, the team must switch.
