70 Med Ball Sit Ups (Together) 16/20#
Partner A rows when they are done partner B does push ups, then partner A does Lunges, continue down until you get tot the sit ups.
Together you will complete the med ball sit ups.
Once done you back up the ladder and do the movements that you did not do.
