Nutrition Challenge ends today!!! Don’t forget to weigh in, there will be tapes and a scale at the box for you to take your measurements. Your measurements will be the same ones we used to weigh you in. Good Luck, I hope everyone who participated lost the weight they wanted. More importantly I hope you all learned how amazing it feels to cut sugar out of your diet, and a better way to approach our overall diets. Don’t forget what you have learned, if you start to fall back into some of those old eating habits, remember the new ones you developed and start chasing after them. Your diet and by that I mean what you eat plays such an important and huge role in how we look, perform, and feel.     So I lost around 12 pounds, about two inches and have learned that my body performs so much better when I don’t try to fuel it with sugar !!
