85% x Max Reps
*Really push yourself on the max reps….It’s going to sting a little!

The next 4 weeks we are doing a Wendler 531 front squat cycle. I think everyone will have a great experience with this!

WOD

15 Min to get as high as possible..
200 M Run
10 Wall Ball 20/16#
5 Power Cleans 135/95

*Round 2: Add 10/5lb.
*Round 3: Add 10/5lb. more
*And so on…
***You might have to partner up with someone on the Barbell so we can make sure everyone has the weights they need….Don’t worry you will be able to get your lifting in!
