Wednesday July 4th No Classes
Thursday July 5th Regular Schedule
Friday July 6th 5:30/11:30 Classes only. Open Gym from 3:00 – 5:00
Saturday July 7th No Classes – Get outside and use your fitness. Run, bike, swim, hike….GO BE ACTIVE!

STRENGTH
OHS or Front Squat
Every 4 minutes, for 12 minutes (3 sets): 8 reps at 65-70%
(or 5-15 lbs heavier than last week)

After each set: 60 second push-up plank
