5 Muscle Snatches
5 Squat Snatches

STRENGTH
10 Min EMOM
1 Power Snatch + 1 Hang Squat Snatch
Use heaviest weight possible for all 10 sets
*Keep weight the same or make 1 Jump

WOD
13 Min AMRAP
100 M Sprint
20 Alt. Dumbbell Snatches 50/35#
20 Front Rack Lunges 50/35#
*Single Arm DB for both 10 – each
