I feel like this sums up many of our CrossFit experiences. It’s time to take the next step and commit fully to yourself and your workout stop getting only 75 percent out of it. Start pumping yourself up before you ever step foot in the box. Get excited about the WOD, listen to your favorite song on the way,shift your mind from work to compete mode.

I want each and everyone of you to get the most of your time when you are at box, when you fully commit to our workout every time, then you start to see the results we want.
