CFV, this week we are going to dial in on our 2 Rep Maxes, this should really help you when we go to establish 1 Rep Maxes next week!! Also, there have been questions about what is CFV Manufacturing (MFG)…..It is our competition track of programming/I want more than the daily dose. Anyone is more than welcome to follow it and use it that’s why we started putting it out there again. If you plan on following or doing some WODs from it remember the Main CrossFit class has priority over equipment and floor space….That goes people at the box for open gym times too.
