CFV, this Saturday I encourage anyone who is having issues with any of the gymnastics movements (HSPU, Rope Climbs, T2B, Kipping, Muscle Ups…..) to come and let’s work on them. Coach Elly, Traver, and myself will be at the gym from 10:00 – 11:00 am. We want to help you all and want you all to improve in the gym. THis a great opportunity to have us help oyu one on one. Let’s see if we can fix some of those issues!!
