Congratulations KATE for taking 1st place in the scaled division @ CrossFit Day One’s opening inner box competition in Houston, TX. We are so proud of you, keep up all the amazing work you have been putting in.

Also, great job to former CrossFit Vital athlete Jeanna Easley in taking 1st in the RX Division.

*Use best judgement, you shouldn’t be doing 1 C&J and then running again…..Your goal should be about 5 rounds of running with C&J.

Well box we if you haven’t noticed Hannah is still pregnant and we think that is going to change soon 🙂 So, please be vigilante on social media and the site for any sudden changes to the schedule or class cancellations. We will do our absolute best to make sure that we keep you informed ASAP of any of these potential changes. We will also do our best to get classes up and running ASAP too. Just be ready for a possible open gym day or two and coach PH having to leave in the middle of your WOD. Thank you so much for all your support and love that you have shown me and my family. We truly have the best community and box in Tulsa and that all due to you!
