Sprint Murph (If you have a weight vest wear it)

25 Pull Ups
50 Push Ups
75 Air Squats
400 M Run
CFV, Please help out around the box and make sure you are putting up and wiping down all your equipment after you use it. Try to put it back the way you found it, it is starting to become a small battle keeping the box picked up.

Make sure you are THROWING AWAY your water bottles in the recycle bin or trash when you have finished it. Please treat the box like its our second home because that how often you should be there.

Have a great week and enjoy the weather this week. I want everyone to get to the box at least three times this week, make it happen.
