Do not skip this wod because 1. You don’t like running. 2 You don’t think you can do this. 3 You don’t like running.  This is something that everyone at the box needs to do and should know how long it takes them.  Running a 5K is an excellent benchmark and achievement.  For some of you it will be the first time to ever run that far, I promise you can do it. Break out those running shoes and put a few miles on them tomorrow!
