Hey All!!  Start of a new month means we get to start fresh, and start fresh is what we will do. Not just at the box but in everything we are doing in our lives.  As we approach the summer it always feels like our lives begin to get busy.  As we get busy we start to change our priorities and then next thing you know we are no longer taking care of ourselves. Don’t let this happen to you, your health and fitness should always be a top priority on the list of life. Exercise and healthy eating in my opinion a cornerstone to a healthy life. Remember the 1 hour you spend at CFV is only 4% of your 24 hour day.  This is a small percent to make a huge difference.
