CFV, over the next few weeks we are going to shift gears a on our strength focus. I have noticed that we need to put focus on our skills. HSPU, Pull Ups, Push Ups, T2B things like this. Don’t worry we will still be lifting, but I want to us to be well rounded athletes and be comfortable with a bar in our hands or with an AbMat under our heads!!!

Have a great week in the box and train hard. Working out should be a part of your day that you look forward to. It’s that time when you are making yourself better. Remember you are there for a reason and a purpose, and have fun doing it.
