Great work this weekend to both CFV teams who competed in the Bricktown ThrowDown! Also,l thank you so much for all the CFV athletes who came out and supported us at Guthrie Green! You all have created an awesome community that supports each other inside and outside the box. I am going to run the risk of getting a little sappy but here it goes 🙂 CFV has been around for a little over a year and a half, and when we first started I wanted to just make a difference in some lives. I wanted to introduce people to a form of fitness and health that for me had changed my views and ultimately my life. CFV has grown from a little unknown box to a community that I feel truly does change lives everyday you walk into it. Our gym has become so much more thanI could have ever imagined and I am so proud to be a part of it. I sincerely hope that you are all proud to be a part of it too. I see almost all of you on a daily basis and I see you as more than just “members of a gym” but as friends and family. Thank you for making me a part of your lives and building the community that we have. Lets keep it going and bring more people into our community and change there lives too!!!
