Squat Clean & Jerk Ladder
:60 to attempt each weight
Once you fail out of the ladder, perform 5 deadlifts at each weight until failure.

CFV, this is your opportunity to establish your 1 RM Clean & Jerk, you have been training hard and now its test day. Ge’t to the box and get warmed up and ready this will take most of the hour and we need to be going ASAP.
