CrossFit Vitals Newcomers Open is only 12 days away! This competition is such an awesome event to not only compete in but also watch.

There is so much that needs to be done in preparation of the big day and we could use your help. This Saturday the 11th after the 9:30 class we are planning on doing some of the “heavy lifting.” If you have the time we would love to have the help. We are planning on providing a BBQ lunch for everyone that lends a helping hand. We will supply the food all you need to do is supply the beer and muscles.

Please put your name on the sign up sheet at the box so we know how much food is needed or sign up on the Facebook post in the group “CrossFit Vitals Group for Anything you want :)”. The sheet will be on the table next to the sink until Thursday.
