CFV, hope everyone had a great weekend!! Thank you everyone who came out to cheer us on at the Spartan Challenge in Bixby, our tree teams did great.

Keep focused in the box this week and don’t forget to have fun in the box too. If you see someone racing the clock start racing them, look at the individuals you workout with and push them and yourself.

To often we are afraid to challenge ourselves, but this week do it! Start putting yourself where you want to be, if you want a pull up then start working on it.  Ready to for some double unders stop doing singles, start using a full range of motion on your squats, and push ups. I know it hurts and your times are going to be slower but I want you to be stronger and healthier.  Strive for more and you will have it in no time.

You all are awesome and it is going to be an amazing week in the box.
