CFV, Newcomers Open is this WEEKEND!!!! I encourage you all to come out and support your box and its athletes  in the competition that we host. It’s is a great day and so much fuin to watch and be a part. If you want to volunteer even if it’s for an hour you are more than welcome and we would love to have you. Also, if you find yourself sitting on the couch, get up and get tot the box and watch the battles go down. We talk about community and how important it is, these types of events is where it shines.

Schedule Change for this week – There will be no 5:30pm on Friday.

If you are a judge or volunteer  we are having a  meeting @ 5:45pm this Friday. Please try to make this so that we can answer any questions and cover standards.
