CFV, we made it through another OPEN and I am so proud of each and everyone of you who keep at it each week and got in front of a judge for all the WODs.  We will be back to normal schedule on Thursdays now.

Let’s finish this month and start getting ready for April. Newcomers will be here before you know it. If you are competing this year start following the Competitors page on Facebook. Coach Colby is posting awesome WODs that will prepare for this competition and future ones.
