CFV, welcome to a new week!! With a new week comes new opportunities, new beginnings, and new challenges. For many of us it’s the challenges that get the best of us. There is one challenge that tends to really get us all and thats Getting Started!!!

Oprah said it best – You never regret working out.  The best way to get over the challenge of “getting started” is to set yourself up so that all those excuses can’t get in the way.  For example, set out out your work clothes the night before so all you have to do is grab a bag in the morning.  You’ve heard that one before but actually try it this week.

Take a second and ask yourself what it is that holds you back from getting started, because that is why you aren’t where you want to be. You want to lose weight, feel better, get stronger then get started. The journey can be hard but the reward is worth it.  So take the first step and tie your shoes. Stop looking at tomorrow, because today is where we change.
