Here is your opportunity to find your power clean 1 Rep. Max . (The fun way!)
* You will have 40 Sec. to make 3 attempts*
**20 Sec rest/transition time**
***If you fail on the third attempt you must remove yourself from the ladder***

SO BE READY TO LIFT WHEN YOU’RE IN THE LADDER

50 Toes to Bar
30 HSPU
10 Muscle Ups (2 Pull Ups 2 Dips = 1 Muscle Up)

This WOD will be performed if time allows, or if you have found your 1 Rep Max very early in the ladder.
*This WOD should not be very slow, push yourself!!

Athletes,
It has been a great start to the new month, Newcomers was an awesome event and I was so proud to see everyone compete. A huge thank you to everyone who helped make the event run so smooth. We couldn’t have done it without you all. Our box is growing and new faces are showing up. I just want to say thank you CFV Family for being so welcoming to these new athletes. We all know what it’s like to be new to CrossFit and stepping outside the comfort zone. I want to encourage you all to keep pushing each other, cheering one another on, and truly making CFV one of the best boxes in Tulsa. I tend to forget sometimes that we are changing our lives each and every time we step foot into the box. We are shaping who we are, forgetting about the day we have had, and building ourselves to be stronger physically and mentally. I have heard so many times that CFV has changed someone’s life and every time I hear that it makes me know we are doing the right thing inside that old warehouse and I couldn’t be happier and so should you. Keep striving for that next PR, chasing down the next competition, setting new goals, and most importantly having FUN. Thank you for all the blood, sweat and tears that it has taken to build a stronger Tulsa!
