CFV, This month we are going to be knocking out an previous Open WODs on Mondays. The open is an awesome way to really get involved in CrossFit and the community at large. We are on the countdown with only 23 days to the open. If you are unfamiliar with the open follow the link below to see what it’s all about.

We will be having a happy on the Friday the 6th for CFV member Madison Ropp, she is moving and this week will be her last at the box 🙁 we are all going to miss you Madison. The Happy hour will be at Bar 46 shortly after the 5:30pm WOD on Friday.

Get ready for CrossFit Vitals Newcomers Open, this is a great way to see where you stand against other local athletes. Online registration will open soon follow the Newcomers Open Facebook for all event details. Don’t forget Sunday competitors classes are open to ANYONE at the box. If you are going to compete this is the extra training that could make the difference.
