CFV – We are almost through November and Turkey Day is this WEEK!!! Where does the time go? This week needs to be go time in the gym. It is a short week and I want you all to take full advantage. Take this holiday to enjoy time with your family and friends. Start thinking of your New Years goals because that will be in our faces before you know it. I like to reflect on the months that have past and think what am I thankful for. I am thankful to have the privilege to get to know each and everyone of you in the gym. Without you, the athlete, CrossFit Vital would be just another gym, but you are what make the difference. Keep up all the great work and don’t forget the change you want to see starts with you!
p.s. Feel free to bring any friends and family to the Thanksgiving Day WOD. Give them something to talk about with you over Thanksgiving dinner.
