That’s right our lives are about to be filled with cookies, pies, and breads with butter.(YUM) Don’t let this time of year overwhelm you, keep on track with a solid diet and workout schedule. Use these big meals and holiday parties as your cheat meals.

I promise this doesn’t have to be the season when you blow it out of the water and stop coming to the box. Start your routine now and STICK to it. Make it to the box REGULARLY, not just once a week. You are in a position where you can make this happen.
