CFV, this week take a minute and write your new years goals on the goals white board. Make this a goal that you really want and start in on it. Once you accomplish it take on another one. Don’t forget this weekend is Fittest in OK we have some awesome athletes competing in individual and in team. If you can take a little road trip and get to OKC and support these athletes.
