Lets get excited CFV athletes, we have so much going on at the box and in our lives.   We kicked off our nutrition challenge and have over 20 people working to better their health through nutrition. We also announced that we will be having our very first competition the “Newcomer’s Open”.  We found our CrossFit Totals and now we can only improve from there. Let us not forget we are also launching our brand new program ROW2FIT too. Finally we are sending a team and three individuals to Fittest in OK.  So many awesome things happening around us and I truly feel that the athletes of CFV are the reason why all of this is happening.  Get excited about finishing this month strong, get excited about making changes in your life that matter, and get excited for all the hard work you have done.  Lastly lets get excited about building the community we have and continuing to building a Stronger Tulsa!
