We’ve noticed in the summer months that many of you have a more flexible schedule. So for the rest of July we are going going to only have 5:30/11:30am classes on Fridays THEN open gym from 3:30 – 5:30pm . We are hoping this will allow more of you to get a workout in before your weekend starts.
This is just a test to see how it goes. There will be a coach on hand but NO formal classes.
