Guys don’t forget we will run heats in the afternoon with the first heat starting at 4:30 to get everyone through the WOD and judged. We will run heats every 20 Min. with the last heat starting at 6:10 if needed. THIS IS ONLY FOR THE AFTERNOON CLASSES. Morning Classes will not change and we will hold the same format as last week.

IF you are not registered for the Open and plan on doing the WOD tomorrow, you will need to be in a heat you just won’t need a judge. If you are unfamiliar with a movement or need clarification please see a coach before you begin your heat. Make up & 2nd attempts will be on Sunday from 12-2 at the box. When submitting your scores online put the name of the person who judged you.
