Hey Everyone! The CrossFit 2018 Open is officially under way and 18.1 looks a little nasty. This workout is going to be very grip taxing so be sure to take smart breaks between the T2B and Hang Cleans. Roll out your forearms prior to the WOD and warm up those legs.
Remember we are doing the wod in heats tomorrow, so partner up with someone for judging and be sure an cheer them on too!
