* Do not be afraid of this WOD especially when you see big weights. This WOD is designed to be a strength based workout. If the RX weights are out of your reach scale them back to your level. That is is why we have a different levels.

*Also, with this being a strength based WOD, this shouldn’t be an 8 minute workout. The weights need to be on the side of ¬†heavier and challenging. If you find yourself wondering should I go to day or not because of the way this looks then GO and do the WOD.
