CFV don’t forget we will not have a 5:30 pm class today or Saturday class. If you are judging or volunteering we are having a meeting @ 5:45 please try and make this! So workout out at 4:30 and then stick around for the meeting. If anyone can stay after and help set up that would be a huge help. If you are not competing, judging or volunteering come out and support your boxes athletes and your box.
